Required Documents Checklist

• Age Proof: **Aadhaar Card and a valid Date of Birth proof are compulsory.** Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, SSC (10th) Marksheet, HSC (12th) Marksheet, or Passport.
• Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card (Mandatory) + any one of PAN Card, Voter ID Card, or Passport (2 documents required).
• Residential Address Proof: Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Voter ID Card, Passport, or Latest Electricity Bill (any 2 required).
• Photographs: 6 recent passport-size photographs of both Bride and Groom.
• Witness Documents: Each witness must submit any 2 valid ID proofs (Aadhaar mandatory) + 4 passport-size photographs.
• Marital Status Proof: If previously married, Divorce Decree or Death Certificate of previous spouse must be submitted.

Witness Guidelines

Three to Four witnesses are mandatory to complete the marriage registration process.

• Witnesses can be parents, relatives, friends, or colleagues.
• All witnesses must be 21 years of age or above.
• Every witness must submit any two of the following valid ID proofs: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport.
• Four passport-size photographs of each witness are also required.

Legal Eligibility

• Groom Age: Must be 21+ Years Old.
• Bride Age: Must be 18+ Years Old.
• Consent: Free and lawful consent from both parties.
